hey nick, this is juli. i'm a friend of kelly's. i think you should know that she really likes you, and she thinks you're very hott. she would really like it if you would ask her out (since she's too shy to ask you herself). you should just take her out to the movies or something and see how things go... it wouldn't hurt. you know she's an awesome woman who would do anything for anyone. i'm sure you've thought about asking her out yourself anyway... so just don't be shy and do it! she'll definitely say yes to you =)
