The Pirates have the lead in the bottom of the 6th and the game is being delayed by rain. We need it to keep raining until they call the game! C'mon, we deserve it!

I'm looking forward to going to the Pirate game on Saturday night with my brothers (Chris Duffy bobble head!), but for the Pirate's sake I hope it doesn't stop raining in Pittsburgh until the All-Star break.

Interstate 60 is a weird little movie, innit?

Free concerts update:
Rhett Miller got rained out Friday night which was a total bummer, but Soul Asylum rocked the house Saturday night. The high point of the show was seeing my brother geek out when they played Misery.

I went to see the third X-Men movie with my sister yesterday because we saw the first two in the theater so we had to finish the job (I have no memory of actually seeing the first one and the only thing I really remember about the second one was that the film caught on fire mid way through), but I'll spare you my opinion of the movie as it is obsessive, long-winded, and a little flighty.

My iTunes just played Zero by the Smashing Pumpkins and then One by U2. Unfortunately, it didn't follow up with Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad.

The top of my head has been hurting and I couldn't figure out why but I just realized it's because it got sunburned. I slathered myself up with sunscreen before working the Mattress Factory garden party on Sunday but I didn't wear a hat so now the top of my head is pink.

God came to me in a dream last night and told me I'm supposed to make myself a t-shirt that says "Holland" across the front.
What kind of lame message from God is that?

I could've sworn I deleted my Tribe.net account but today I got a message forwarded to me from some random person on there. So, I was looking over my profile and one of the fields to fill out is "I want to meet people for..." which I answered with "remaking the world in a cauldron of flames". I had totally forgotten that I wanted to do that. I'm not even sure I know how to go about doing that.
